The next week and a few days are going to be truly amazing. At 7:25am tomorrow morning, I’m going to leave JAX and head to ATL to catch my connecting flight to Tokyo. Fourteen and a half hours later, we will arrive, roughly 1:30pm local time on Wednesday, will begin my first REAL trip out of the country and, really, my first traveling opportunity.
We’re are staying at a relatively new hotel in Shinjuku. Yes, I will be posting an ample amount of photos as often as I can, assuming I will have internet access at certain places while I’m there.
The whole point of going to Japan is to shoot the reception of Tyler and Mana’s wedding, but it’s going to be so much more than that. I really don’t know what to expect besides a completely new experience. There’s no telling how huge of a photo opportunity this is going to be for me.
This is a wikipedia photos of Shinjuku. I can only imagine the type of shots I’m going to get while I’m there, too.
Now, I’m going to turn off and finish packing my laptop, close up, and prepare for the long flight. I’m thrilled and humbly excited.
