Sprocket Hole at 35k

I’ve been trying to be more analog the past couple of months. Unless the outcome really requires it, I haven’t been shooting casually in digital formats. I get to be a little more spontaneous and “risky.” Ooooooo.

This was shot on my way to California about two months ago. I finally got around to dropping the film off for some development. A lot of the four rolls I shot with weren’t worth much, but there were a few diamonds in the rough. Or maybe just sterling silver. Either way, having the sprockets makes the image reference photography itself – it is a photograph and is about photography at the same time. Though it’s nothing new, let’s see what else I can come up with.

Holga

Unfortunately, I don’t keep up with this as the work is created. It usually comes in bursts. Like this one.

None the less, I need to share some Holga shots with you. These were done by not fully advancing the film in between shots, allowing the exposures to overlap. Here are some of my favorites.
