Roland is one month old! (Plus a week or so as of this writing.) So, we did some more photos, as well as the belated second part of a diptych involving him inside and outside of his mother Elizabeth’s belly. I photographed Elizabeth while she was still pregnant which can be seen here and here as well. Joshua (her older son, almost 3 years old) posed quite well, as seen in the “Bros” post.

Elizabeth put him into a cute Mike Wazowski from Disney’s Monster’s Inc. onesie, which kept the mood light.
During a short break of this casual shoot, Elizabeth starting caressing his face. I noticed his expression change and become so absorbed in her touch. It’s pretty cool to witness that instinctual, emotional bond between an infant and it’s mother.
